Link© marcal is an extensive range of signage products manufactured by assembling high-quality natural anodized aluminum profiles.
Signage totems use 250mm wide profiles to create different heights of totems. The final thickness is 100mm and the fixing screws are in stainless steel. A machined top cover fits into the two aluminum profiles. A fixing plate allows an invisible anchoring in the existing floor or in a solid concrete foundation.
A free-standing indoor version offers an evolutionary information area.
These signage totems can be marked (front-back) by adhesive vinyl cut, by digital printing, by painting powdercoating according to the RAL range, by engraving or silk-screen printing. The totems cover various types of outdoor signage needs: pedestrian, bicycle and vehicle flows. (totem for building identification, directional signpost and information point.) The affectation of the written content at a certain height of the product allows hierarchical information to create a functional signage.
Several totems can be grouped and aligned to increase the sign area, gain clarity for way-finding or visibility for identifications.
Outdoor “meeting-points” for fire safety can also be indicated by using these signage totems.
These totems Link© marcal are also available in a solar version. Two monocrystalline photovoltaic modules are integrated into the structure of the totem in order to charge the battery and are illuminated by LED light. Lighting periods are programmable.
The freedom of implantation is total since the totem is disconnected from the electrical network. Consequently installation costs are greatly reduced.
Link© marcal also proposes hanging signage products, whether luminous or not, in order to cover the needs of the parking areas.
Three profile heights allow numerous sizes to adapt to the installation and the requirements of texts and graphics.
Parking signs are a safety element that includes the physical limitation of height at the entrance, and allows the management of vehicle and pedestrian circulation flows (interactions, return flows, and exits).

technical description
The totem version is composed of the following elements:
Two profiles assembled using screws and closed at their upper end by a 5 mm aluminum plate cut by laser, mechanically milled according to the design formed by the two profiles.
The 2.5mm aluminum totem is natural anodized or optionally epoxy lacquered according to the RAL range.
The fixing to the ground is made by joining the two profiles around a laser cut 8mm galvanized steel plate, and connected by its three holes with stainless steel anchor rods in a solid concrete foundation.

technical description
The solar totem version is composed of the following elements:
Two profiles assembled using screws and closed at their upper end by a 5 mm aluminum plate cut by laser, mechanically milled according to the design formed by the two profiles.
The 2.5mm aluminum totem is natural anodized and then powdercoating black RAL9005.
The two profiles are assembled around a 4mm stainless steel frame welded onto a laser cut 8mm stainless steel plate overflowing the perimeter of the profiles.
The fixing to the ground is made connecting its 4 holes with stainless steel anchor rods in a solid concrete foundation.
Two windows are cut into the body of the profiles and receive two microcrystalline tempered glass photovoltaic panels on a black background. A third window allows the insertion of a diffusing polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) plate for backlighting.
The LED lighting system is linked to a waterproof battery and a charge controller. The programming of the lighting periods is carried out through a mobile “app” controlled by Bluetooth.
