Lukit© marcal is a high-end signage for exterior architecture. Inspired by the concept of post and panel signs, it is a collaboration between Marcal and designer Guillaume Albot.
The purpose of lukit© signage is to organize the flow of circulation in the outdoor area (pedestrians, cyclists, electric vehicles) up to the access to the buildings. The functions are the identification of the entrances, directional signage, orientation in space and institutional or corporate identification.

Lukit© marcal is made up of a lower structure in the shape of a minimalist arch in colored lacquered aluminium, and two volumes of tempered glass, which are disconnected from the base at the front of the product. The light is diffused through the edges of the glass, frameless or profiles screwed.

The originality of the square and vertical formats are put at the service of the expression of the information, to favor the use of pictograms and that the graphic design determines a different signaling project.

The marking system is conceived in several planes of depth, thanks to the thickness of the two crystals.

The use of digital printing on clear film, with a solid tint vinyl backing, provides a color base on the back while glass protects the information on the front. The use of cut vinyl texts can complete signage techniques without fear of leaving ghost marks on tempered glass surfaces.

The eco-design of lukit© is appreciated by the use of high-end materials associated with an unlimited update of information, favoring a long life of the product.

The different materials can be recycled separately and the product is delivered disassembled to reduce its size and carbon footprint during the transport phase.
