Sécurité© marcal is a range of fire safety signage products and solutions. This range is made up of evacuation plans, general instructions in case of fire, pictograms and fire fighting projecting signs.
A fire emergency signage project is made up of different types of safety plans: evacuation plan, intervention plan, and general intervention plan. Sécurité© marcal fire evacuation plans are manufactured from recycled methacrylate or tempered glass with red and green safety powder-coated aluminum. The tempered glass options allow for the adaptation of buildings using fire-resistant materials with a classification of M0.
The emergency maps are printed on a polyester paper and inserted inside the transparent supports. The design of the safety plans is carried out based on numerous technical information and according to the local and international regulations in force (NF X 08-070 and ISO 7010).
Updating the safety plan information is possible by simply changing the print. The landscape and portrait formats A4, A3 and A2 of the evacuation maps allow to address all the needs of the establishments in terms of fire safety prevention.
The general fire safety instructions (Sécurité© marcal) complete the typology and provide information on the procedures to follow in case of emergency. These instructions may be screen-printed on the aluminum surface of the front panel designated for this purpose or printed as part of the floor plan design.
The Sécurité© marcal pictograms identify fire fighting installations and equipment: extinguisher pictogram, fire hose, alarm button, hydrant, smoke evacuation switch, electrical panels, sand buckets, exclusive use of firefighters equipment, gas cutoff keys. The fireproof doors are also systematically identifiable in a visible way through durable signage. Safe waiting areas or refuge points are subject to special signage.
The fire signage project is built from the analysis of the architectural plans of all levels of the building. The study allows positioning each element, creating the Sécurité© marcal typology and determining a budget estimate.
Sécurité© marcal signage products can be customized to meet specific needs in terms of product design, translation in different languages and colors in order to respond to all kinds of fire safety regulations.

The support of evacuation plans is made up of the following elements:
The part that supports the evacuation map is made up of two 3mm thick recycled PMMA (methyl polymethacrylate) sheets, with polished edges, allowing the insertion of an ink-jet or laser-printed polyester. These sheets are in A4, A3 and A2 format.
The upper part of the plan support is made of 2mm thick aluminum, safety green powder coated lacquered (RAL 6032) or in safety red (RAL 3001) and contains the title of the security plan in white silk-screen printing.
The lower part of the plan is made of 2mm thick aluminum, powder coated in red safety (RAL 3001) and if it contains general safety instructions it is silk-screen printed in white.
The parts are mechanically fixed together with 4 countersunk screws. Complies with NF X 08-070 and ISO 7010 regulations.

A 90mm square side plate, made of 2mm thick aluminum, powder coated lacquered in safety red (RAL 3001).
The pictograms are silk screen printed in white ink.
Fixing is done by structural adhesive.
Optionally, a milled hole is supplied to fix the pictogram with screws
Complies with NF X 08-070 and ISO 7010 regulations.

Fixing is done by structural adhesive. Optionally, a 2mm spacer allows for mechanical mounting.
Complies with NF X 08-070 and ISO 7010 standards. Dimensions: 100mm long x 100mm high x 4mm thick.
