Silenzio Uno© marcal is a range of complete solutions in signage products and DDA signage system that allow to realize way-finding projects in interior buildings.
Silenzio Uno© marcal stylish signage is made of high-quality materials: tempered glass and stainless steel.
The signage concept consists of creating an upper zone for evolutionary information and a lower zone for permanent information. The upper area is made of two twin sheets of tempered glass that hold a polyester paper on which the signage and graphic design are printed. Information updates can be done by the user. The lower area is made up of a 2mm thick brushed stainless steel plate that can also receive graphic lettering, in this case, permanent: vinyl cutting from a vector image, digital printing, silk-screen printing or laser engraving. This area is also intended for ADA and DDA accessibility signage full access©marcal: raised characters and braille writing for tactile reading.
Silenzio Uno© marcal allows to deal with numerous typological needs of a signage project: pictograms, plant room, door identification (room signs, open-space signs, meeting room,...) projecting signs, directional signposting in horizontal circulations, directories of elevator and stairs for vertical circulations, general entrance directory and free-standing elements or location signage.
Silenzio Uno © marcal is an exemplary signage product of energy transition due to its total integration in the concept of circular economy. The materials used are highly durable and contribute to prolonging the useful life of the product up to 25 years, delaying the stages of reuse, recycling or recovery of the components. Glass and stainless steel are 100% recyclable and infinitely.

technical description
The product is made up of the following elements:
A laser cut 2mm thick stainless steel front plate with a polished finish to the edges that support structural (permanent) information and a brushed finish. The signage information is made by cutting vinyl, silk-screen printing, digital printing, laser engraving, raised characters or braille writing with stainless steel spheres. A laser cut 2mm thick stainless steel back plate with careful edge finishing will contact the wall.
Two twin 5mm thick tempered glass plates, with chamfred and polished edges, support functional information (modular), allowing the insertion of translucent polyester paper printed in laser or inkjet. These two tempered glass plates are held in position between the two stainless steel plates.
Mounting is done with an Allen key and two FHC screws.
The screws are in stainless steel.
The fixing of the supports is carried out by means of non-visible screws or structural adhesive.
