The signage project:
The “Piscine Molitor” reinvents itself thanks to the architecture and design of Jean-Philippe Nuel, ideologue of the 124 luxury rooms and suites, to become Molitor Hotel. Within this exceptional place, the marcal signage informs and guides the public towards various places: the swimming pool, the hotel, the restaurant, the spa, and the universe of Street Art... The different accesses and the variety of destinations create linear and crossed flows that signage solves while respecting the identity of the place.
Regulatory signage guarantees generalized accessibility in terms of regulations. The use of detectable warning areas, the use of universal pictograms with braille and raised writing, and room numbers in cut out and painted letters, guarantees the access for all audiences thanks to signage created under the «full access» concept.
The implementation and hierarchization of signage (lifts and stair directories, directional signpost, identification area , access restrictions and pictograms) guides the visitor in the search for information. The quality of the materials used (tempered glass, stainless steel, anodized aluminum, powder coated finish) participate in creating the atmosphere of this unique establishment.
